App data

MotifSlide stores puzzle progress, attempts, and results locally in its app storage. The app does not operate a user account or developer backend, send gameplay analytics, include advertising, or track you across apps or websites. We do not receive your puzzle progress automatically.

Purchases

Apple processes optional campaign purchases. The app uses Apple's StoreKit service to load products and verify purchase entitlements. Buying or restoring may require an internet connection. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple processes App Store information under its own privacy policy.

Storage, backups, and sharing

There is no automatic MotifSlide progress sync between devices. Deleting the app may remove its locally stored progress. Operating-system backups may include app data according to your device settings. If you choose to export a preserved recovery file using the system share sheet, the destination you select receives that file. Review its contents before sharing.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and investigate the reported problem. Do not include passwords, verification codes, payment card details, or unrelated personal information. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence; records that must be retained for legal obligations may be excepted.

This website

This support website is hosted by GitHub Pages. It does not add analytics scripts, advertising, contact forms, or cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information under the GitHub privacy statement. Opening an email link uses your selected email service.
